So I had invited some friends to a charity event I was hosting about a month ago and one of my friends brought her roommate. As I greeted them at the door, my friend introduced me to her roommate. As I offered my right hand for a hand-shake, but she awkwardly reached over and shook my hand with her LEFT hand. Puzzled I stopped and stared for a moment, I then turned to my friend who in turn leaned in and whispered into my ear, “She only has one hand”.
