So, I was in this crowded area of the gym when I was doing sit ups. I contract my muscles in my stomach and accidentally farted. A couple people stared at me, but I tried to play it off. You know when you get so embarrassed you have that nervous laugh. Well sit ups and laughter don't mix when you're farting and I was motor boating all the way to the restroom to hide my shame.
